ITALIAN ACTIVITIES “COMENIUS FOOD”

 June

-          We divulgated the “Grandma’s Recipes Book”  in the classes of ISISS Sartor – Montebelluna (TV)

-          We posted some materials on the blog and supervised all the products.

-     Italian Coordinator (with some students),  made a PowerPoint presentation of the most relevant moments of the Project (visits made in the different countries and work) and posted it on the blog.

-     Italian Coordinator had  Meeting with  Leadership (Headm and DSGA) for the  summary of project

-     The students began their holidays

-     During the last meeting of teachers ISISS Sartor (Collegio Docenti  16 giugno 2014), Italian Coordinator showed to all other teachers of school: aims of the projext,  works, materials, meetings and photo

     -   Teachers were involved in other schools for statal exams and spoke about the Comenius experience

-          The coordinator of the project began to write the official final report and prepared all the official papers

FOURTH  REPORT ITALIAN ACTIVITIES: Feb  2014 - May 2014

ITALIAN ACTIVITIES “COMENIUS FOOD”

Feb. 2014 –May  2014

February

After visiting Torres Novas (Portugal)    the Italian  Comenius team  continued the local activities of the project.

-Meeting with the Leadership (Headmaster). Summary of meeting in Portugal and plan of future activities

            Team Comenius (3 teachers and Leadership)

-. In February the cultural visits in Portugal and the experiences of the students and teachers were shared with the rest of the school. Students  talked to their colleagues about the dissemination of Portuguese  and Comenius experience.

-Second classes of  ISISS Sartor worked  on  the COOKING BOOK…

They checked recipes and prepared the format with  the Polish team about printing.

-Students finished the materials for Grandma’s Recipes and for the virtual guide.

March

-Students and teachers worked  to collect the works done during the 2 years of project and put it in the blog after the last meeting in Poland.

-During this month the whole Comenius team worked to  prepare the last meeting in Poland  (materials to present in Polish meeting).

Two  students  were selected for the visit in Poland, meeting with families.

After visiting    Poland  the Italian  Comenius team  continued the local activities of the project.

- It was applied the questionnaire self-evaluation sent by Romanian Coordinator (for students, teachers and families)

-It was elaborate the questionnaire self-evaluation and  the teachers   made a report with results and conclusions.

-Students of 2^nd years  had an experience  in the Dolomites testing local products.

November 2013

After visiting Spain    the Italian  Comenius team has continued the local activities of the project.

-Meeting with the Leadership (Headmaster). Summary of meeting in Spain and plan of future activities

            Team Comenius (3 teachers and Leadership)

-Students have talked to their colleagues about the dissemination of Spanish  and Comenius experience.

-Second classes of  ISISS Sartor (Technical and Professional) realize a UDA about the food

Students work during the period nov-april) with all teachers in some subjects of  project (Pyramid, History, psycological aspects…)

-Students and teachers worked  in the subjects agreed during the meeting in Spain

During this month the whole Comenius team worked for the virtual guide and for the cooking book

- It was applied the questionnaire BE ACTIVE.

-Students worked about  THE COMMANDMENTS of HEALTH

December 2013

- Students finished the materials for Grandma’s Recipes and for the virtual guide.

- Students realize PPT  and Documents about 3 recipes of venetian food and the Commandments to presents in the next meeting in Portugal

-Students prepared 8 Italian recipes for the Grandma’s Recipes Book. Students and teachers realized PPT and Documents about 8 venetian recipes

-It was elaborate the questionnaire BE ACTIVE and   the teachers  have made a report with results and conclusions.

-The short form of recipes and the report of questionnaire was sent to the Portuguese team to be posted in the Virtual guide.

-Italian Coordinator  has taught psycological lessons in 2nd classes for UDA  about the project for the dissemination and now  is realising  other material for updating school website.

-Italian Coordinator has organized material for updating BLOG (http://foodorfastfood.blogspot.it/)

-Italian Coordinator has written report for Romania (Coordinator of Project Food)  about activities done in Italy during  the last period

After visit in Turkey in april,  the Italian  Comenius team had to continue the local activities of the project.

-Meeting with the Leadership (Headmaster). Summary of meeting in Turkey and plan future activities

-Students have prepared material of dissemination of turkish experience.

They have presented it in front of other students

 20^th-30^th of  May 2013:

-Work for materials of Virtual guide.

The students of the target group, supervised by the teachers involved in the project, realized a study about “the Meat and Fish” agreed in the meeting Turkey.

-Lessons: “Comenius  Food Meat and Fish”; work in teams and individual tasks.

-We have continued the work  about the materials for the Virtual guide.

-Lessons “ Pillar of traditional  Veneto cuisine and cultural elements”.

-Italian Coordinator presented at all school  in the last meeting – teachers school ISISS Sartor  (Collegio Docenti) the whole work of Firts Year of Project.     

-Coordinator team has prepared and sent to the National Agency a report for the first year of the project

Italian school was  closed for summer holidays but team Comenius worked on project  with individual tasks.

September 2013

New Headmistress in ISISS Sartor and new Administrative Director

-Meeting to show project and activities done, to choose the best way to organise the future activities and to plan the next meetings and the classes for future  works

-Students realize PPT about MEAT and FISH (work for spanish meeting)

-Meeting with  local institutions to explore  future  projects about food  and  to introduce the project food

16^th-28^th of Sept 2013

-Students realized different kind of posters (painted by themselves on water colours and realized then in PPT) about their own food pyramid.

It was a competition with these posters and the winners were 2 posters

They were sent to the Portuguese team for the virtual guide.

-Three students  were selected for visit in Spain, meeting with families

Fourth  meeting of project

During 28 September till 4 October a team formed by four teachers and two students have taken part to visit in Barcelona, Spain.

It was a very wonderfull visit, technical and cultural. The atmosphere was very very friendly.

12^th of Oct 2012:

Tecnical Visit  in Longarone (BL): “Sapori Italiani – Italian Flavours”. The festival is an exhibition of foodstuff and typical food (food delights of our country) that pays  attention to the area of the Dolomites; students made interviews to the operators about foodstuff and dishes. They made also statistical analysis about the results of the interviews.
