10 Commandments - the recommendations of eating healthy food.

1.Take care of a variety of food products you should consume products from different food groups.
2. Control your weight - beware of overweight and obesity, do not forget about daily physical activity.
3. Cereal products should be your main source of energy.
4. Eat every day at least two large glasses of milk products (yogurt, kefir).
5. Eat meat in moderation - substitute them fish and legumes.
6. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit every day.
7. Limit your intake of fats , especially animal, possibly substitute them vegetable fats.
8. Keep moderation in the consumption of sugar and sweets.
9. Limit your intake of salt.
10. Drink enough water - at least 1.5 liters a day.
